We are a full-service company which means we directly employ our Home Care Aides. Paying state and federal taxes, supervises our employees and provide workers compensation, general liability and professional insurance. It is our goal to employ competent, compassionate and well- trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families, and the communities we serve. Our employees have been carefully screened through verification of motor vehicle record history, SSN validation, national sex offender registry clearance, national criminal search clearance, background and reference checks. We serve all of San Diego County, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Sta Fe, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Ramona, Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet and Southern Riverside.
